NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE UNTIL ORIGINAL ORDER IS SHIPPED BACK. SHIPPING COST ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Please have the original order information when requesting a return. A restocking fee will not be charged if merchandise is determined to be defective or if there has been an error on our part. Standard restocking fee is 15%. RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION. Returns in any other condition will not be issued a refund. Damaged, used, or obsolete parts will not be accepted. Items that you ordered in error will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. RMA's are only valid for 30 days. Shipping fees are never refunded.

Cancellation fees apply (4% merchant fee). If a cancelled order has already shipped, 10%, plus shipping, will be deducted. Dealer cancellation fee is 20% plus shipping.
Clearance Items: no refunds, no returns. Contact manufacturer directly for warranty issues
Exchanges: you will be charged for the replacement part. A credit will be issued when original part is received, subject to inspection. Used items are not returnable. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
By purchasing from JacMac, you accept all responsibility for products ordered and their use. . JacMac accepts no liability for products ordered. Customer assumes ALL responsibility for the proper and SAFE use of items ordered. Always wear safety gear when operating motorized products. We reserve the right to change colors, when necessary, in order to ship your products to you in the shortest time possible.
Due to the nature of performance applications (High Performance and Aftermarket Parts), these items are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. JacMac® shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or sale of these parts.
Parts that are dependent upon consumer use are not subject to refunds: OEM high performance parts; ENGINES ARE NOT RETURNABLE; Electronic parts and batteries are not returnable; Tires and tubes are not returnable.
Once an order has shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with the shipper.
